JunoLK. •• Edited. If you're talking a solid 60 (meaning 60fps even in crowded areas and towns), you're going to need a top of the line CPU and a graphics card that won't bottleneck it. Think a 13900K, 7950X or 7800X3D. I have the latter paired with a 4080, and I still drop a few frames every once in a while in busy areas.
Really I'm just looking for a stable 1440p or 4k for my first play through, 60 FPS is not my aim at this stage. Currently still on the first Sky island section and my only issue is occasionally performance loss in shrines (drops to mid teens). Shader stutter happens but is hardly noticeable. In TOTK ( on Yuzu ) I get 4k60fps most of the time, low 50s in dense areas and crashes ( had it happen once ). Same thing on my Steam Deck, 30fps sometimes, mid 20s in dense areas.
