May 19, 2015 · Heres a good test to reproduce problems if you have both a Roamio and a Mini: 1) Tune an encrypted channel on the Roamio -- I used A&E. 2) If you try to watch the same channel on your Mini, the Tivo will use two tuners to do so. 3) V58 errors galore every 5-10 minutes on the Mini. Rumor is their "Cablecard System" is not working and it needs to be fixed... I'm sure like all the other BS lines. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. However, over the past year, I have had two specific channels throw V52 errors on and off (they worked for a while then stopped working again). Oddly, one of the channels works fine in SD but not HD.
