I have the opposite experience - docked on a decent TV feels so much easier to see what's going on and take really good lines imo. Pro controller feels nicer than joycons as well. In my machine (10750h, rtx 2060, 16 gb) it runs better on Ryujinx (both Xenoblades) and it has less freezelock. It definitely runs better on Ryujinx for now. I have a Ryzen 5600x and a 2080 Super, and Yuzu is completely unplayable with the 60 fps code while Ryujinx is way smoother. For your hardware, I'd recommend playing without the 60 fps mod.
