Pressed "select" + "x" -> "Core Options" -> "Input & Auxiliary Devices" -> "Game Boy Player Rumble" turn on and restarted the game. I bought PICO-8 and got the raspi files, dragged the pico8, pico8.dat, and pico8_dyn files into the pico8 directory in ROMS, great. I added a game I made into the carts folder, and I can play it from ArkOS, great.
