Polaris ranger ecm problems.

Rawyo, I'm not seeing that thread here, but what was the cause for my Ranger's cutting out, was the TPS (Throttle Positioning Sensor) wire harness. It was chafed where it was rubbing on the starter motor's power connection.
Jan 23, 2016 · Fuel problems. I have a side by side 2006 polaris ranger 700 efi. The problem is it's not getting fuel to the engine. I disconnected the fuel line and cranked the engine a few turns and no fuel was pumping out. I realize there are a few options to check out but one of them according to the service manual says it has a pump relay.Jan 30, 2021 · Problem solved! It turns out that the keyswitch was bad! It was losing the C-D continuity while in the start position. This means that the ECM was losing power while cranking even though the Spark Module was still receiving B+. We do send out a new clutch kit with the bigger motors like the 900 and the 1000 but the factory clutch kit with the 570 is sufficient. I have checked the fuxsible links and swapped out both the ignition and the run switches. My question is,does anyone know how the bench test this little box. Or what its actul name is if I have to order one.

With these part numbers you can have a pig-tail put together so you can replace the burnt plugs and or wires on these models without buying a whole wiring harness from Polaris.

May 26, 2020 · Same thing only one injector. I tried the ecm off the unit that’s not starting and it started the running ranger just fine. I swapped crank position sensors same resaults. I tested continuity from the injector wires to the ecm plug and that’s good. I tested continuity on the 3 crank position sensor wires to ecm plug and they are all good.
