Was running fine, put away for the winter and would not start. Even with starting fluid. Has spark. Cleaned the carb and installed a new carb kit. Set the float. Still no pop, even with starting fluid.

The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl. Most of the jets were clear but I still used music wire and air to clear any blockages.
