Advertised flights for $307 and then when I filled out all my information and was ready to pay, the summary totaled $569 per flight! I called them and... I copied JustFly on all my correspondences so they knew what I was appealing and what documents I had to support my case on getting a full refund. JustFly replied to me saying as a "jester of goodwill" they would offer me a full refund. I'm happy I got the refund, not upset with how they treated me, and what I had to do to get the full refund. I'd gladly pay a monthly fee (even $50/month!) for the ability to filter out bad companies of my choosing or, even better, companies with consistently bad ratings in this community.
