Jera duplicates any item drops in the room. Have a chest, a bomb, and a half-heart in the room? Use Jera and you have 2 chests, 2 bombs, and 2 half-hearts. If yuou use it in the chest it will duplicate the 4 chests at the start of the chest giving you 8 items instead of 4, ie. stupidly good.

When using rune of jera in shops, it will duplicate pick ups in the room. Duplicates will be normal pick ups and won't cost anything.
