Fedex package shows delivered but not.

the contractor i work for (not sure if it’s a fedex thing or not) has us sign for indirect signature packages with “CV-19” so customers don’t have to touch the scanner screens, this could be what happened if the driver thought the package was in a secure place and it wasn’t an age restricted signature
