Disconnect the air injection hose from the bottom of the intake tube. There is a brown clip attached to the intake air sensor. Disconnect this clip, be careful with a smooth and steady force, it's in a "C" shape. Remove the two bolts that hold down the resonator box. This is the box with the Vortech 2400 imprinted on it.

Try this. Remove the fuse for the AC system under the hood in the fuse box. Leave it out for five minutes. Then reinstall. Turn the key to the on position and wait one minute. That is the calibration for the actuators. See if that fixes it. If not get back to us and we will see about the actuator for you. Tell him its like the old resistor, but not digital. It gets power and ground, and the smaller middle wire gets a lower voltage ground signal. IF those are in place, then test the 2 wires to the blower motor with an old school test light. No power means the blower motor controller. Power means the blower motor is bad.
