Oct 25, 2018 · I've done the most recent update and then decided to start setting up Vortex for Fallout 4 for as well. So I add Fallout 4, start adding some mods but decide to take a break and play some Skyrim. I switch Vortex back to Skyrim and all of a sudden all my mods are duplicated, they all have 2 entries showing up, one Disabled and one Never Installed.
