It's worked, i took every preset out of the custom folder in the gshade menu, loaded up the game, it worked with absolutely no issues, then turned off edge smoothing and put my game into windowed mode in the sims menu, closed the game, then placed one preset back into the folder, loaded up the game and it worked!This solution is for people who have installed ReShade using the installer from this site.
