Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld. You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down. The best Anki cards are the ones you can answer fastest. That's where making your own cards with cloze deletions and image occlusion comes in. They are fastest to make and the fastest to review. When I compared the two, miles down was great for general concept knowledge with some indepth stuff for high yield material. Jack Sparrow is great too, but also has a good amount of low yield material cards. I did miles down because it was easier to learn for me.
