Judging by the price on the paperwork this is likely 1960's vintage stuff. I recently found a used Mec 600 Jr with one of these too.The versamec had all steel dies and included the pro check. The 600 started with steel dies and no pro check. The later ones had plastic dies. The 700's work great. I still have two 50 years old that I use for hunting loads and load development. Age just makes one old. Only the wise benefit from experience.

Look on Mec's website and download the manuals for the respective model you have. If it has a flat base plate and a silver sticker with the S/N then its a pre 82. If it has a slightly raised base plate and doesn't say mk.5 then its a 82-85. If it the base plate say's mk5 then it was after 85. I can't get you any closer than that.
