Signify Health should commend Paula Young, as I do, for the great service she gives to us. Having said that, Signify Health needs some improvement, but (some or most of) the healthcare clinicians are doing a service for us. They are booked with patients all day and depending on the city/state, they are not allowed time for things like traffic.
