But I feel the spawn rates are unreasonable, it's definitely under 1% everywhere on the map. But I think it should have a 2-4% chance to be found in fog. Fog is already rare enough, it's uncommon to be in fog and you would think the "Shrouded Ghost" would have higher spawn rates in fog.
