Thinking of choosing an ambetter individual health insurance plan, but their reviews are terrible. I tried to call a few times to ask some questions about the plan id be choosing and it was a nightmare. Their first tier reps either couldn’t answer basic questions or gave completely wrong or different answers than other agents.
Nightmare! I pay $943 a month and the insurance isn't accepted ANYWHERE- no major hospitals, only medical facility is 55 miles away, not even a hospital.
