From my subreddit sleuthing, it seems that the bad pop-up isn't always accurate (unlike the good pop-up). SOme people get a bad pop up and actually have a passed official result. 1.

I think the UWorld questions were slightly tougher than the actual NCLEX questions, but not by much. As long as you feel confident with prioritization and basic patient safety, you should be in pretty good shape, as those concepts are extremely well-represented on NCLEX. Good luck!
