Nov 14, 2023 · To get Thistle in Grounded, you must find a Thistle Plant. Look for a tall stalk with a purple flower at the top. Once you locate one, approach the stalk and remove the needles going up it; you do not need an axe to get Thistle Needles from the plant. I've marked a location below where I found some Thistle plants.
