Fun fact: Berkeley has the #1 undergrad program for BOTH Economics AND Computer Science, as well as having an immense startup culture (2nd most startups by volume of any university after Stanford :( ) and a huge consulting culture too (probably the most of any university (even more than UPenn)) and if cost is about the same, then idk why you wouldn't want to come to Sunny California :).
