There's literally a linux version of yuzu to install on it. I dont understand why you need steam. But you can add the yuzu emulator as a non steam game if you want. Change the path to the game's folder.I haven't messed around with mods yet, but iirc there's a folder you can open from the main window when you open Yuzu in one of the toolbar menus or when you right click one of the games in the list. The only difference with the new version of EmuDeck is that it doesn't bother trying to install Yuzu and Citra, now that they don't work.
