Ya I've tried to grant admin to my character I play on, and it says he doesn't exist as well. I think the character receiving admin has to be in the server when the command is run. I do think that the user at least has to be created. I see an admin account in the DB file, however, but am not sure how to reset its password or get the server to re-prompt me to set it up.
