Are these actually PBB and SGE pullets? I think they're around 4 wks old, not sure how long they were in the store before I purchased them. I was told that the prairie bluebell Eggers were pullets. 2 weeks later went back to the store and was speaking to manager I was informed that they only get straight run in that breed. We crossed a Prairie Bluebell hen purchased from Hoover’s Hatchery with a Cuckoo Marans Roo (#4 on egg color scale) which produced an F1 OE hen who lays the pistachio egg in the center. The F1 OE hen was then bred to a Blue Copper Marans Roo (#6 egg color scale) creating a Back Cross 1 Olive Egger daughter who lays the olive egg on the right.
