I have a litter robot 3 connect. After changing SSIDs and switching accounts, the Litter Robot 3 will not connect. I've put in two service tickets for the support over the past three weeks and haven't received ANY messages back. I know they're busy over there, but zero support is pretty shitty.

Haven't set up wifi. Litter-Robot 4. I have two older litter robots, from 2012 and 2015, both version 2. The 2015 broke down, and I decided to replace both. So far I've only set up the replacement for the broken one. Things are going well, and I wonder if there's any real need to set up the wifi access or the app. At first I thought it was because I was still using the old Litter Robot app, but does the same thing on the Whiskers app. I have a SSID that is 2.4ghz only, so it's not getting confused by 5ghz. I have good wifi signal (other products using same SSID don't have disconnect issues). Please make sure you are not holding down your fingers too long.
