Inferium seeds are planted onto Aqueous Soil from the Roots 3 mod. Aqueous Soil does something special - when a plant reaches maturity, the plant is automatically harvested, as if right-clicked. This is how the farm automates itself with harvesting the plants. The soil does all the work!

You don't get extra seeds from normal farmland, or red fertilized farmland. You can only get those from botany pots or planting the seeds on Mystical Agriculture farmland. The higher tier farmland you use, the greater chance you have of getting excess drops.For example, if I make tier 3 Inferium seeds, is there any way I break one of the tier 3 inferium plants and get 2 tier 3 seeds instead of 1? Inferium seed tier affects number of drops. Tier 1 drops a single essence on harvest, higher tiers drop more. In general not particularly efficient use of resources, better to just make more T1's.

Make wither skulls and soul sand and feed them into a wither grinder. I have 4 small enderio farming stations with a bunch of tier 2 growth crystals doing this and it's giving me about 4 supremium/minute. 2.
