Z1 makes a nice stage 2 power package that includes the intake, exhaust, manifold spacer, and tune for about $2K. They show around 30HP increase on the dyno. I also think they are working on a supercharger kit to. If it is just the exhaust you are looking at for HP you might be disappointed without other upgrades.

Lots of positive reviews but also not much color in them on the impact of the transmission change (higher line pressure). Get a custom tune. Then ask the tuner to make the throttle to the gas pedal a 1:1 ratio. I've only heard bad about z1 tunes. Don't cheap out and get a tune from an actual tuner, every car is different.
