For whatever reason the memento won't drop trophies if your in a pre-WT map session. It also won't work properly if your a 31-39 leveling up through wony without a level 40 in your session. If you finish Bardon’s manhunt first time, he will drop Backfire or Memento. At least you have 50% chance to get that. BTW, I think memento is already in the loot pool. It can only drop if you already have one, after the season it can drop for anyone regardless if they already have one or not. Got it.
