What are you concurring with Xwarden? To not follow policy. Just want to make sure I have got it right. I am hardly friendly. Just making sure TDCJ doesn't screw me over like everyone else.

Change won't occur in these wide open message boards. Talk to your supervisors. Talk to your Wardens. Write anonymously for publications that are sympathetic to the plight of state employees. There's a plethora of options one can exercise if they truly wanted to do all the coils for the betterment of the agency.

There was something pit out a while back about it. But there was supposed to be an sop put in place and the phones are subject to search at anytime and not for personal use at work.
