My uworld average is 48% for the surgery questions. I find there are more tricks and distractions than Iā€™m used to. 48% puts me at a low percentile, like 4-6th percentile. I need 10th (65% ish correct) on the shelf to pass. I have no way to tell if Iā€™m going to pass or not. Don't neglect the shelf studying Obviously, but it happens.
