When I try to close the passenger side window by lifting the power switch, it goes all the way up then bounces back to halfway shut (or open - take your pick). It won't move up again until I move it down after which i can incrementally move it up until it closes.

The Outback has been starting and running fine though. 1. I cannot control the front passenger window from the driver's controls. The passenger window does go up/down when controlled by the passenger's button.Roll the window down from the passenger side with its button and hold it down once all the way down for 3 seconds or so.
