Strand on hunter is absolutely horrible, not only is it just the weakest of the 3 from what I've seen, it just doesnt flow well. The grapple is just buggy, has way too long of a cooldown for a movement ability. When i grapple an enemy it just uses the melee ability if it's charged as well.
