There’s a button to retrieve saddle. Grow dynamite at it. Just hitch your horse at the hitching post at the house. Then while facing the hitching post press up on the DPad. Select retrieve one of you other horse and the saddle will already be on the horse. Then simply switch back to the horse you were on.
