I don't remember which filter it is that blurs the background, but click through the active filters to see which one causes that effect. I’m having a similar issue to OP, I just made another thread about it. But I have a mini keyboard (Ducky one 2 mini) that doesn’t have a home key or function keys. I went into the ReShade file and changed the keybind so that Alt + Shift brings up the menu. When I start the game the banner even says to press Alt + shift to bring up the menu.
