Oct 3, 2022 · The PWM spread was about 50% with the master branch tune, now it is about 10-15% and holding the temperature more precise. Thank You. My opinion is the pid_v should be merged into main. Also the PID-CALIBRATE routine should return the alternative PID values for Some Overshood and No Overshoot in the terminal window.

The z_offset is the distance between the nozzle and bed when the probe triggers. The Klipper PROBE_CALIBRATE tool can be used to obtain this value - it will run an automatic probe to measure the probe's Z trigger position and then start a manual probe to obtain the nozzle Z height.
