Basically imagine grinding short bounty stages in a similar way to Solaris United grind for bonds, but for three types of systems you need varying amounts of instead. So only three types of things, not five types of bonds, but no Ticker for them, it is all rng.

Freeing Solaris Prisoners with Granum Crowns on Corpus missions should give some form of garunteed debt bond reward. This would give a way to get debt bonds that isn't based on horrible rng and give a reason to free the prisoners.
