When monitoring a site with 2 groups of frequencies is it necessary to have 2 dongles (one for each trunk group) when the entire range is more than the 2.4 bandwidth. Or, can one dongle be used for one frequency group to adequately receive calls on this site. You can hear stuff on a site for a high percentage of the time but if there is no one affiliated to that TG at the site you are monitoring, if is likely it will not be heard.Right now, CLMRN, Wallingford and Middletown systems are set to share resources. For example, a Middletown user going to Hartford would normally go out of range before reaching their destination. I updated the Sentinel DB and noticed some changes to the CLMRN section. I pushed the departments I previously had programmed with the updates hoping it would correct the issue. Now, those departments do not appear while scanning. I pushed the entire Sentinel entry for the CLMRN and assigned it a Quick Key but I'm not able to enable that Quick Key.
