Then got the error meaning the DFI sensor was kaput and wouldn't move. Tried cleaning, reseating connections, no joy. Then it wouldn't even power on at all. late answered but here is how i fixed mine, but last time i take out the board to change the Full/empty sensor at the bottom Tray and re-assembly it back and my LR3 indicate the “Home Position Fault”. Turned out i didnt put the Hall effect sensor in the correct position. So make you u put it back like the one in the picture.My Litter Robot won’t reset. The blue light is constantly flashing. Old DFI sensor was based on IR light so it had two circuit boards. One for emitting and one for receiving IR light.
