I believe a perk overhaul should be the capstone of a game overhaul, not a foundation. Many perk overhauls add a ton of new systems instead of supporting the systems that already exist in the vanilla game and popular mods. If I ever see a perk overhaul that includes fishing perks, I will immediately install it. Until that day comes, I use Adamant.
