Harman pellet stove not feeding.

It makes a constant whistling noise and also makes a loud helicopter type noise that lasts for about 10-15 seconds then goes away. My pellet stove guy looked at it and was not sure what it was so did not replace anything.

If we apply a manual draw by sucking on the hose that runs to low pressure switch the stove works. We have done the following: Total cleaning. I have heard a couple of misc, pops / clicking sounds and am pretty sure it was busting a wedged pellet in the auger. Took the vacuum line off the pressure switch blew into it and was clear. Put back together and slide into fire place and put new pellets in hopper. Turned the switch to room temp and pellets feed and lit like always. Prior to lighting filled the chamber with smoke and then lit. But still will not feed after the initial feeding.
