Pistol pistol is very good for open world, it’s got very high single target damage. The only caveat is that you need to make sure you always have a clear shot at your target as other enemies can intercept you bullets. Pistol pistol + short bow for damage and mobility. You can also use short bow 4 for Condi aoe.
