The FCW system is worse than useless, since it only works erratically. Yup this happened to me last year. Whatever computer module that controlled the FCW system and the stability control just failed. I never hit anything, simply used the car to commute. Of course only Honda can reprogram the part. And it was around 1500 dollars plus labor.
