With 1.25” wheel adapters (“spacers”), you’ll stop rubbing the suspension but you’ll start rubbing the crash bars. The crash bars can be spread or removed to resolve this. 1.25” is the thinnest adapter you can use without cutting down the factory wheel studs.

Yes, but you cannot run a -12mm offset wheel (9" wheel) with 35" tires and just a level. They will rub the inner fender (the part where you can only trim with a grinding wheel ). Also, Chocolate your -12mm offset wheels are a 5" backspacing since it is a 10" wide wheel.
