My question is - which of my 3 legendary Enclave Plasmas should I attach it to - as I am scared of "wasting" it on the wrong one. Here are the 3 that I have been saving: - Anti-Armor, 50% Chance to hit in V.A.T.S., 90% Weight Reduction Aligned for vats. True for hip fire. Since yours is ari/hit so i suggest dont turn it into flamer, put a sniper barrel or keep it auto (auto barrel mod box is not available). Or keep rolling until you get Anti-Armor/50c or bloodied/50c and use Aligned Flamer. Use VATS crit and enjoy to see Earle melts :)
