I have completely dissembled and deep cleaned. I paid special attention tot he pinch detector and DFI areas, making sure that the pinch detector can move freely and the DFI sensor is clean.
It started after I updated the firmware. Standing in the room without the cat anywhere near the litter robot, it stops mid cycle and the light turns red. The app says cycle interrupted. It starts working again after a minute, but it is concerning. I think I will try reseting to factory defaults.About a week ago I noticed it was not reading the litter level correctly. Despite being at the fill line it reads that my litter is low on the app, and that my waste basket was empty. I'm using standard arm and hammer low dust cat litter. Then it just didn't rotate.
