IMO, the COMSAE's are a total waste of $50. I've seen (anecdotal) reports of people who got 100+ points higher on the real deal than the COMSAE they took right before the exam. Unless someone's forcing you to take the practice test, I'd just stick with Comquest. And in my case i scored like 100 points LOWER on my actual comlex vs comsae. Hello! No idea how helpful this will be but I will try. I took COMSAE 108 a couple of weeks ago. It will pretty heavy on micro, MSK, and OMM. Visceralsomatics and sympathetic innervation to various systems was at least 4-5 questions. But overall, if you’ve been board prepping - just review your OMM and micro and give it a go.

Idk how you approach questions, but general strategy for me: 1) read the question first before the entire scenario, 2) look at answer choices as it gives a "framework", 3) then read the prompt looking for clues that would lend to one answer over the other. I know the clues thing is kind of a "duh" thing, but COMLEX isn't like UWorld.
