A year or so ago I was convinced I wanted the Elite Combat. Then I held one and realized it felt a little small with the flared magwell for my pretty average hands. For EC money I'd go with a Walther PDP Pro Compact. FF just had them for under $700 today/yesterday. But again, that's me.

The combat executive is super nicely upgraded with all the SAI parts and can take full sized optics. The mete still has a great trigger on it, but can only take micro red dots since it cowitness with the iron sights. Those are pretty much the main differences. Both are great choices! 2. The height is the major difference. I own the SF and SFX (a longer slide version of the SFT) and can say the shorter frame makes a huge difference (imo) if you're looking to carry. The SF also has a 15 round magazine, whereas all the other current METEs are 18 round (SF can still use 18 round magazines). Reply.
