Why is madden taking out my starters.
I don’t get it. I’m in the divisional round of the playoffs in Madden 24 Franchise. My WR1, WR2, TE1 are all not playing. They are not injured and are listed in the game but each play I call their not there? This just ruins the game for me.
The only way I could get my starter back in the match was call fullback dive then change the play at the line, because then my fullback would get slotted at fullback. Googling currently trying to figure out what happened. Last game of the season, all my starters (except for the QB) subbed out after one play. Same thing is happening in the playoffs. First play they’re in, then they’re all subbed out. Can’t change it in the depth charts because the starters all show at the top of the depth chart.Yes like ROLB... I had backup MLB Navorro Bowman stepping in place of ROLB Sean Lee.... VH3 a CB coming in at SS over Malcolm Jenkins... Both my DE backups were in over my starters. Check your depth chart. Bowman could be a sub lb, Jenkins a slot cb, the two DEs could be sub des as well.
Same with Pierce at RB. They aren’t injured and they’re all labeled as starters. It’s really annoying when I’m in the playoffs and they roll out Noah Brown and Xavier Hutchinson for me for the entire game. Dalton Shultz as well has taken a back seat to Brevin Jordan even though Shultz is listed as the 1st string TE. 2.Step 1 - Store starter in the fridge until I need it for baking. Step 2 - A couple of days before baking, take it out of the fridge, and feed it a small amount of flour and water. Step 3 - Several hours later, check for bubbles and activity. If the starter is active, feed it the amount I need for my bread recipe.
Every game in franchise mode, my starters at a few positions (namely RB, WR, DL, and safety) come out after a few plays and never go back in. Hey guys, I'm trying to turn off instant starter in my franchise mode so I can try to work up and earn the starting job. However, it's really glitchy. They say I will play x amount of time in each preseason game but then I never play a snap. I don't even get to see the field at all and I'm released mid season and forced to retire.

I'll put players in the #1 position on the Depth Chart and they won't be starting. I'll have to manually put them in in each formation using SUBS when picking the play. Turn off progressive fatigue and and practice with backups half pads or split half pads to reduce fatigue of starters. Either turn off progressive fatigue or use it and practice properly.
