Apr 30, 2017 · last evening we were watching recorded show, and when we finished and returned to live TV - we see the following message on the TV "U-verse is not available at this time". I've restarted the gateway several times and cycled power on the DVR controller several times. Still see the message: "U-verse is not available at this time"

Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored.
