Legion raids were soloable at 60 so I’d hope so. They were soloable before DF, but Blizzard keeps screwing up scaling, so who knows.

Legion mythics are very easily soloable so I’m sure the BFA ones will be as well. Maybe not on season one, but season 2 and onward, sure. Every previous expansion dungeon/raid should be soloable at level 50. Atleast that’s what they initially said. So at lvl 60 it should definitely be soloable.
