I would open a ticket with Cisco, so this can be documented and also have them help you with this issue. They most likely will suggest an upgrade. When your power controller reports a power imax error, it is indicating that the maximum current limit has been exceeded. Essentially, this means that the device is drawing more power than the power controller is designed to handle.
